The origional recipe called for white sugar, but we don't have that stuff anymore ;)<br />These are a sure thing baking wise. I have switched to MaraNatha organic roasted peanut butter - creamy (ingredients: organic dry roasted peanuts), and I don't have it very often. It is yummy stuff.<br />How many cookies does this recipe make? Do you think you could use less honey?
